The Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) operates Kenya's national pharmacovigilance system.
Core official resources
- PPB pharmacovigilance hub — national guidelines, forms, QPPV material, circulars and current PV reports.
- PvERS — electronic reporting for the public, healthcare providers and marketing-authorisation holders.
- PvERS summaries — public aggregated safety-report information.
Important national distinction
Kenya has dedicated guidance for establishment of Qualified Persons for Pharmacovigilance and operates an electronic system supporting MAH reporting, including E2B activity. Local procedures should therefore use the PPB PV guidance and PvERS rather than rely on generic WHO reporting routes.
