Important national distinction
DINAVISA publishes current national rules beyond general spontaneous reporting. Resolution 340/2024 re-regulates the National Pharmacovigilance System, while Resolution 88/2025 establishes a procedure for evidence of Good Pharmacovigilance Practice implementation by marketing-authorisation holders. The hub also publishes the form used to designate the responsible pharmacovigilance person.
